During the scan
- Your scan is performed by an HCPC-registered sonographer
- We begin with a quick wellbeing check (including heartbeat reassurance)
- The scan is shown on a large screen
- We make every effort to get a clear view - baby's position matters
- You can choose how you want the result delivered: Tell us during the scan, Keep it a surprise, or Sealed envelope reveal
After the scan
- You'll receive a clear explanation of what was seen
- We provide printed and/or digital images depending on gestation and visibility
- If baby's position prevents confirmation, we will guide you calmly and arrange your complimentary re-scan where appropriate
